Back in the 60s and 70s, if you wanted top get your music on the 50,000 watt flame thrower that was CKLW, you had to get past Rosalie Trombley. If she liked your stuff, it was a pretty good bet that you'd find your way into the Billboard Hot 100. Her perceived power was so great that Bob Seger even wrote her an ode. A few quick notes:
Don’t over look the Hawkeyes on Saturday. Iowa holds a (3-2) record, but in those two losses looked to be a tough, hardnosed team only losing both games by a combined total of six points. Both losses came to teams with winning records; Pittsburgh (4-1) and Northwestern (5-0).
